Our Method

  • We thoroughly inspect the die components: The shoe; guide pins; bushings; die blocks; punches; strippers; springs; and gauging. This helps us understand the scope of the problem.
  • We discuss our findings with our customer.
  • We agree on the best course of action.
  • We repair or replace damaged components.
  • We sample and inspect the die before we ship it back.
  • We clean and deliver the tool in a timely fashion.
