skilled operators combine their knowledge of programming and machine

On-site presses
allow us to test our products in house before delivery. The presses
are also used for sampling dies as well as short and long term

Part Inspection
The quality of our
products is very important. Therefore we have put a
certified quality management system in place to help achieve our
goals. Our parts are checked with equipment that is routinely
calibrated. We have a CMM, a Comparator, and a master set of
instruments for inspection only. |

Heat Treating
In-house heat treat
ovens give us the ability to control our processes and insure better
quality and shorter lead times. |
